The office is fairly small so you will get to know almost everyone. Management recognizes successful employees with merit bonuses. Opportunities to transfer to other locations. Focus on continuous process improvement with employees' input.

Vacation time and sick time are in the same pool. Not much vacation time can be banked. Roth 401k is not available. More employees are needed to spread out the workload, but an excessive focus on profits prevents additional hiring. Lots of unpaid overtime is required. It is very difficult to take time off because of the workload.
