Unhygienic with no basic infrastructure for employees such as office space and clean toilets.Convoluted leave policy with no vacations or medical leave and a mere ten days casual leave per year for non-permanent staff. Incompetent infantile senior management with feudal attitudes who think academic staff are marketing executives and whose biometric policy treats employees like slaves. No academic vision. Their policy of making employees work in buildings under construction leads to various illnesses. Does not follow employee contracts in relation to work or resignation
