      * Great progression for the people who work hard and want it * Management helpful when dealing with personal issues * Management actively encourage staff movement between departments * Management have a good understanding of each persons strengths and weaknesses, and support and progress this. * People are great * Free Parking * Easy to get to * Early Friday finishes

      * Company wide training between departments is very little * Holidays don't increase for long service * No 'relaxing' space for Lunch * Vending facilities could be better
