Since the company has abruptly changed directions numerous times and eliminated hundreds of positions in the last year alone, it’s hard to say what the company even does anymore. It’s been directionless for about 12-18 months. Those who remain after each round of cuts are forced to pretend they’re enthusiastic about the future when they’re really in survival mode, knowing their days are also numbered. Given the frequency of cuts, there is no room for job growth and employee morale is nonexistent. Everyone feels expendable no matter their contribution or how hard they work.

Run... don't walk. It is so sad to think such an amazing company that treated its employees human like the content it produced would go down hill so fast. Way too many products, rebranding often with confusion in market. Instead of having team members that have put their heart and soul into RVOH grow and being appreciated, they have been replaced by freelancers. Everyone walks on eggshells wondering if they'll be next to get let go. The company is relying on AI way too much at this point. Expectations are way too high and people realize at this point they are just a number in paper. We are not "work family."
