Anything worth noting that can be considered a pro comes from their parent company, Atwell.

In my experience, the leadership at this company demonstrates an antiquated and arrogant mindset, particularly concerning office culture and employee advancement. Noticeable favoritism prevails, dictating which employees have access to office benefits and project opportunities. Unfortunately, projects and full-time hours seem to be deliberately redirected away from those who do not grovel with project managers and leadership; fostering an environment where compliance rather than merit dictates resource allocation. The absence of on-site HR further exacerbates the issue, as it eliminates accountability. This void allows leadership to persist in their cluelessness and arrogance, unchecked by a necessary check-and-balance system. Leadership consistently relies on less experienced employees to spearhead the office's positive culture and inter-office opportunities. Newer employees are consistently used as a crutch to construct the office environment from the bottom up. Regrettably, my time with the company coincided with a significant turnover, with more than 12 individuals departing, averaging a resignation every couple of months.
