1. Feels been treated like a dog. Manager always busy, all the instructions are up to down, you been told what to do, but no one gives a crap to A. Why you need to do it B. What is your opinion C. Do you want to do it? Manager don't care. 2. Doing the highly repeated task - all the time, don't worry if you been told there is room to grow, again your manager don't care. 3. Get use to be an outsider of your own team, no matter how many tasks you taken on, you are an outsider.
