• Low salaries • No area for improvement, no perspective - you can get a promotion with a small salary bump but with a huge responsibilities bump (not worth it) • The company is burning out their employees - receiving a one-off newsletter on how to care for your wellbeing isn't really caring for your employees • RWS took everything negative from a corporative environment (too many managers, mgmt that doesn't care at all for anyone, and overworking your employees) and gave none of the perks (WFH is NOT a perk when you've CLOSED the offices to save money!) • No actual financial benefits yearly compared to other corporations in our country • Rates for external vendors (freelancers) are so low that they are bringing down the standard for everyone and I was ashamed to take part in that
