Not a good company to start a career

Poor Non-Tech Management. No work life balance

- Some people are helpful

Group of people who call themselves as Visionary, Game changers but in reality they are just inconsiderate and ill-mannered. Toxic Work culture. They start shouting and scolding for any small reason. Lack of basic professionalism. Misuse of power. Everyone is a director, manager and they flaunt their title and the power. No vision. They just do anything and think of making revenue by doing pointless things. Favouritism is a trend in this company. Some selected group of people get all the privileges as they do buttering. No work life balance and they will even reach out to you even when you are on a holiday. No clarity. Product isn’t live. Have like minimal clients but they act as if the world is going to end if their problem is not resolved quickly. Nobody uses your products dude. Stop making a fuss out of it. Founder is a mess. Never on time and has no word of appreciation for anyone. He’s just there to point out mistakes and creating unrealistic expectations. Only making false promises. He pretends to be a visionary but acts like a shopkeeper. No HR. No team bonding activity. Small shop owner mentality.
