Poor culture from both a conduct and performance perspective. Weak, dysfunctional leadership and a serious lack of accountability. AU is run by head office in Netherlands who have zero idea about AU laws or market practice and don’t care - makes it very challenging for those who actually want to do meaningful work. Great place for poor performers, people who just want to do what they’re told without question, fly under the radar, or get away with poor behaviours (policies are ‘set and forget’ at Rabobank).
