Nobody will really spoon-feed you, so you just figure things out along the way lah * You will level up your skill in handling many things at once. Some of the best “networking sessions” happen outside during smoke breaks. * You also get exposure to different personalities and communication styles. Cannot comment on something that is non-existent like their SOP. Management keep saying there is one but all staff are clueless. Meetings are execution stand, not a time for discussions but to only point fingers. Toxic management through and through, no trust given to new recruits, and they keep wondering why nobody wants to join and high turnover rate.
