Awesome if you get to travel. Paid to travel is awesome, the amount of things you get to see and the people you get to meet. Good money considering the actual job duties.

Communication with upper management isn't the best. Sales sucks.. let's be honest. Treated like your replaceable Only off 1 year contracts (actually 10 months with NASCAR circuit)

Nothing at all, not one thing.

If you value being a team player, dedicated, beyond loyal and extremely hard working it doesn't matter to Racing Electronics. I was top employee month after month and received employee of the month multiple times. When it came to reviews or pay increases or evaluations they are non assistant. You are supposed to feel grateful for the opportunity in managements eyes and they make sure you know that. If you want to talk about any thing job related be ready to pay the price, If you give advanced notice you will be let go on the spot.
