Nothing much to say. Its a good company

Growth mindset of colleagues. Very hard working people around. Get to learn a lot of things. All the senior managers are great design engineers themselves who still work very hard on projects. So they always set an example for the employees to strive for best performance. Friendly staff and management.

During my time with Racyics, I did not see any cons.
