I have been with Radformation for a couple of years now and I couldn't think of a better opportunity. You're able to easily communicate with the owners, product managers, and developers whenever you need help. We're always thinking outside of the box and bringing valuable software to the market that saves people time and resources. Even though this is a fully remote work environment, I feel like I know everyone since we have frequent face to face meetings. Employees are offered with paid medical benefits, unlimited vacation, 401k, and more.

This is a hard one. I guess if you're not willing to be in a fast-paced, start-up environment.... this is not for you. Radformation is growing rapidly by developing the current software and looking to release new products each year.
