Good people. Compensation and benefits are average. Work environment is okay. Didn't find the work culture or management to be political at all.

Company is extremely cost conscious to the detriment of its future. The off-shoring will likely burn them in the long term. Management needs better focus, tries to do too much in too many areas, and is paying the price for it.
