Great benefits, and a very flexible work environment. Employees are often allowed to work remotely on occasion as needed, and managers/team leads are great at trying to promote a better work-life balance for their employees whenever they can.

As a service provider to retailers, the Q4 activities around the office are hectic and stressful. A focus on key accounts and services often overshadowed getting to the root of an issue and seeking out a final resolution to a problem, leaving that problem to happen again in the future. Often, employees are asked to cover multiple job functions to make up for being short-staffed, contributing to stress of employees.
