All new employees and upper management are just puppets of the CEO, living in fear of getting fired if they don't do or say what he wants. Hard work isn't rewarded with anything but more work. Someone gets fired and the hard workers absorb the role with no more pay. CEO complains and cuts budgets but then plans quarterly weeklong executive offsite in places like the Ritz in Lake Tahoe. CEO cares about NO ONE but himself and it has been clear from day one. He is a creep who only acknowledges and talks to young women. CEO is the result of a toxic and unmotivating company culture. CEO will never admit fault, even when hiring poor leadership. The fault is always on someone else.
