Company cares about it's people. They do a lot of fun gatherings to boost morale.

I wish the pay was a little better.

Good people. Good Company. Comfortable environment. Proper work environment with up to date technology and practices.

The *only* negative is the location. Its a 21st century job in town of 4,000 with one grocery store, poor cell and internet, an hour to Starbuck and surrounded by corn fields. Oh, and sub freezing snowy Nebraska winters. Its not Amish horse and buggy, but its close.
