We have a world class prototype shop where we can tinker, experiment and prove out new product concepts. We have a culture that embraces innovation and understands that we will have failures on the road to success. We have a leadership team that invests a lot of time & money on R&D – they walk the talk and the results have been amazing. From my POV, it doesn’t get much better than that.
