1. Trying to do more with WAY less 2. Lack of clear strategy/plan or at the very least; articulating it to employees. 3. Physician owned company = Decisions being made by radiologist who have no clue about anything that involves technology, operations, or business strategy. Conflict of interest when requesting capital. 4. Budgeting process is non-existent. 5. Leadership that "leads at the top". Never bothers to actually learn the business but instead make decisions from 1000 feet above.
