Supervisors thrive on confusing people and/or not allowing them room to progress. Supervisor's policy at SenDx: 'Never let people under you succeed. If you see them succeeding, pull them down. Never allow growth of employees since if employees learn, they are a threat'. Only incompetent employees with no people skills are made supervisors. Danaher should investigate this company.
