the work culture is not supportive, Salary is extremely low, for ex if for a job someone is getting 70-80k in their hotel here you will be paid around 45k max that too if u have experience. if you are joining thinking that you have an opportunity to work with an international brand then please choose other brand. there are lot of good policies that they have started but it changes at hotel level so all those perks stay within the books itself. if u are mentally strong that nothing can break you then join here because even if you meet the kpi at the end you will not get anything. it basically breaks your motivation to work because if u perform bad u will be kicked out but if u perform good you wont even get recognized as it nothing special as it is your job. this is the type of response you will receive from your management.
