We consistently pay above award to apprentices and trades staff. We ensure our rates for engineers and graduates match or exceed market value and have 3-6 month reviews of wages to ensure good performance is being rewarded. We've improved our screening processes to minimise impacts to our team in the future. Part of that process is for prospective employee's to meet with our current staff. They're able to discuss whatever they want - management don't involve ourselves once the formal interviews are done. We feel this provides a good chance for people to see what our work culture is like and how staff are really treated.
