Flexible hours of work. Decent pay and good vacation time.

Upper management is inept and leaders are few. The head of R&D can't make eye contact with department personnel, never mind say "good morning". Yes, Gary Hattersley, I'm talking about you! If you are lucky enough to get a good manager who can actually manage people, count yourself lucky. If not, you are on you own and don't expect HR to back you in any way. The company does not invest in their employees and has done nothing to stop people from leaving as often as they do. When employees are treated poorly and quickly realize they have no voice because HR will back their manager every time. While I was there, close to 60-70% of the department employees left. It seemed no one wanted to drill down to ask the basic question, why? HR, hello?

Good leadership, good benefits and perks. Over the last few years, Radius leadership has continued to add extra PTO and seems to care about employees.

Svantaggi

Revenue is primarily driven from one commercial product. Additional revenue generating products would be a plus.
