      Flexible working and holidays help to escape! Also the fact that your able to be were ever you want when you want also helps so you can fall under the radar as much as you would like. Take full advantage of the flex time as it's never checked and also your expenses on a monthly based, free money !!

      Salary is pathetic in comparison will other associations and following merger working conditions are absolutely horrendous. Staff moral is at an overall zero across the board from low level to high level staff. Not a great place to work currently and things definitely aren't getting any better

      Care and support role provides a family atmosphere for staff and residents. Everyone cares and care staff are amazing to work with.

      Short staffed and management can have unrealistic expectations. Train current excellent staff up instead of hiring others to train. No bonus pay on holidays or incentives to work extra hours/ out of pattern
