Care and support role provides a family atmosphere for staff and residents. Everyone cares and care staff are amazing to work with.

Short staffed and management can have unrealistic expectations. Train current excellent staff up instead of hiring others to train. No bonus pay on holidays or incentives to work extra hours/ out of pattern
