Highly driven, intelligent, and friendly group of people. Fast-paced startup environment with strong leadership team who are transparent about company information to employees. Good work is appreciated and rewarded.

Must be willing to learn about niche location technology industry - not necessarily a con but there is a decent learning curve.

I've been here for a year and half now at Radius Networks and it has truly been an incredible experience so far. Leadership, including the CEO, are thoughtful and open to listen to everyone's opinions and ideas. The culture is great - everyone truly enjoys working with each other at work AND outside of work. It's fast paced and we work hard but you learn a lot and love the work you do.

It's fast paced - which I personally love but others might not.
