Pay is low compared to Sharp and Scripps, annual raises are much lower than Sharp and Scripps (2.25/2.5 vs 4ish%), market adjustments don’t kick in until you’ve been there 2.5 years (despite inflation and bills going up within that time), and your PTO will all go to holidays.
