Nice people and great work life balance

Outdated technolody and small company

Knowledgeable co-workers, clean office, free parking, free coffee, 75% of people there are very nice. The company has been around a long time (1970s) and has a strong connection in the Labor & Trust community.

Process for doing things are outdated by 30 years in the San Mateo office. They don't have a clear well defined method for doing their routine work. Too much adhoc. Supervisors can be passive aggressive at times. 25% older employees are very bitter and cynical about life. They had legal issues with a high ranking former employee stealing from their retirement plan.
