They will tell you anything to keep you. No real work life balance unless your full time and billable(plus they have to like you). Systems are not great...they sometimes don't work Run if you are on work visa...they suck at this Some 'higher ups' are lazy(majority have been there for a long time) If your not billable watch out Not that much exposure
