Easy to bond as we all have common hatred figure. Management is lazy and pushy. Constantly asked to work hard fron people that never try to lead by example. Management in Singapore or locally have no idea about education and how to make students progress. No understanding of reality of the business Raffles is in from anyone in upper management. Endless discussion about working on improving, but new ideas are rejected on daily basis as it would cost money. No training given unless your direct supervisor is concern by making you better. Totally disengaged staff. Expats contract are an ugly mess as all of them are tied to stay for two long years with no way out. High turnover for local staff Tuition fee increasing every year making it almost impossible to sell Marketing is to blame for all shortcomings as they dont bring enough students
