Trainings, in-person retreats, bi-annual employee pulse survey’s, annual Employee Development Plans, and regular check-ins with managers, leadership, and/or HR are some of the efforts we’ve made but always looking to improve and encourage new ideas. 3. Leadership Communication: Ragan welcomes open communication between leadership and employees. Ragan employees are invited to join Executive Committee Meetings at any time or contact HR for a 1:1.
