      Its an SME so the opportunities were there. I had good control over the suppliers used.

      Theres no work life balance, the opportunities were incredibly limited and the bosses were constantly asking for more, even though you'd put in 12 hour days, weekend, evenings, early morning. Nothing was ever enough. If you could schmooze the bosses up top, you could get away with anything.
