- Ragnarson is a great place for growth. There are many dimensions of growth. I started as a very junior person, freshly after high school, and during three years I had a chance to do many things. From being a team lead to working in our investment fund. I became a better software engineer also because of learning non-technical skills. - Mentors. Nobody babysits you but still pushes you everyday and shows you how to progress. - Strong feedback culture. I receive feedback every day. Because of that, I was able to learn quicker and also it was difficult to develop bad habits. - Self-management at Ragnarson forces people to take responsibility. Because of that, I’ve learned how to do so and it influenced my mindset and skills that I also use in my private life.
Svantaggi
- No clear vision of the company. There are activities we focus on like being a technological partner and an investor but it’s hard to say where we will be in 5 years. - Not enough people with business skills. It would be great to have more experts in fields like sales and recruitment.
