Terrible marketing. A weird culture that forces you to communicate like you’re talking to a bunch of 6 year olds (PVT). It’s really a method of communication that the managers lord over you as a means of control. If you don’t use it, they hold it against you. The main manager hires “Yes-Men” to prop up his lack of managerial skills (he’s an old trainer, most likely never having a managerial position store this job). Prepare to drink the kool-aid!
