Working at Raintree has been such a light in my life. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with likeminded individuals who support each other and feel like family to me.

The cons of working in a private school like Raintree are the same cons I think I would have at any school right now, education can be a hard industry, but it is so worth it if it fuels your fire like it does mine.

The philosophy and curriculum approaches are great

The leaders of the school are not as invested as the teachers
