The culture of the company is extremely good, and i love working with my coworkers every day.

The work life balance is a bit difficult.

Pay is... okay? Healthcare is not good. Don't work here.

The company is absurdly disorganized, and rather than fixing their issues, they constantly fire their management and hope something changes. HR allows long time employees be racist, and just generally bad humans because they can't afford to fire them, since upper management is constantly changing.
