Lack of management and communication

Pay is... okay? Healthcare is not good. Don't work here.

The company is absurdly disorganized, and rather than fixing their issues, they constantly fire their management and hope something changes. HR allows long time employees be racist, and just generally bad humans because they can't afford to fire them, since upper management is constantly changing.
