Inadequate training for the position and poor quality feedback on work. I was "trained" for my position by someone who had been at the company only three months and had a full work plate with her current tasks, leaving a minimal amount of time for training me. The feedback I got from the person training me, when I got any was that what I did was ok. When I was let go (after a month), I was not even fully trained, they told me it was due to poor work performance. There was time for them to go over anything I was not doing up to their standard. I had weekly meetings with the head of my department head and the head project mmanager I find that ridiculous, as they did not properly, or finish training me or give me any feedback. I knew I was going to be let go because they stopped giving me new assignments and didn't post my profile photo on the website when they did other employees.
