1. Bad paymaster 2. Not a product based company , it is more like services based, since everything is driven from Japan. 3. It is not for the technically challenging people, they prefer bilingual engineers even though they may not be technically good. 4. Here only engineers with Java and full stack technology are valued. 5. Standup meetings are early in the morning at 7:30 am just because it is convenient from them since it is around 10am there. 6. If you want to learn technically and grow, then this is not the company for you, this is good for people who want to retire.
