Communication within the company was practically non-existent, making it difficult to collaborate effectively. The company seemed solely focused on achieving results at any cost, often resorting to unnecessary shortcuts that compromised quality and integrity. This approach not only undermined patient care but also added unnecessary stress and pressure on employees. Working in the IT department was particularly challenging. Developing solutions was excessively time-consuming due to inadequate resources and support. There was a significant leadership gap, and the new supervisor brought in did little to improve the situation, lacking the necessary skills and understanding to effectively manage the team. Overall, Raleigh Radiology fails to provide a conducive work environment, characterized by poor compensation, communication issues, and a results-over-everything mentality that negatively impacts both employees and the quality of service provided.
