There is plenty of opportunity for advancement if you are based on the New York market and also the Greensboro, NC markets. Senior management is always very respectful and friendly and the corporate environment is very inclusive and positive on a regular basis.

Opportunies for advancement are very difficult to come by if you are not based in New York. If you work in the field you are pretty much stuck in this position. the compensation is less than that foe comperable positions with other retailers and perks are regularly eliminated (i.e. clothing stipend, mileage reimbursement). There can also be a lack of consise communication from the New York offices. In this position one often feels as if they are the "low man on the pole". This position can require quite a bit in comparision with the compensation and perks offered by the company.
