Head of Learning has no clue how to structure team and allocate projects, absent most of the time. Leads were all stressed and unsure of what to do, I left to go back to a leadership role at the workplace I just left where I knew I was going to do a better job than what my current team lead was doing. Threw me into a project that was all over the place the first week I was here with zero support. Chaos and cannot warn people enough about this team.
