      Covid which forced work from home

      No direction or strategy given from management. No support or improvement even though the business will tell you that there will be , it's all words and no action. Opinions and views to improve business are not taking seriously. You have to be very good at being a follower or a yes person otherwise you will be singled out. No development or training structure in place therefore not very interested in staff development. High turnover of staff during my term .

      Very clicky, hr are no help unless you are friends with them. Management are like robots and don’t believe the staff are human people. Just treat like a disposable number and overloaded with unmanageable workloads when staring the company while people who have been there a number of years are sat doing bare minimum
