Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your experience with the company was not what you expected. Being that you may have been with the company awhile back, as the Human Resources department has been operational since 2013, many items you raise have been addressed. It is true that the space in the office is slowly running out, but recent rearrangements of the floor plans have allowed for much more efficiency in use. We do recognize that as a growing company, moving to a new space will be required and the look is on. While the company is family owned- this not discount the fact that we pride ourselves on external talent and truly do value the opinions of all of our employees. The RamSoft culture focuses on teamwork and open communication whereby you work closely with your manager and team, thus fostering interaction. We love to host company celebrations so that the entire team can get together and interact on social levels as well, so we are sorry that you did not experience this while you were here.
