None to speak of so far

It feels like the company has seen a big boost in momentum this past year, which is exciting at our size. Great new branding, some new senior leaders, lots of forward-looking discussions. Seems like we are growing fast, and it's exciting that we have more of an international presence now.

Focus on billable time makes it hard to focus on development sometimes. Some policies and processes need updating to reflect changes at the company. Sometimes it feels like there's a bigger push for compliance than on doing great work.
