You will work a lot of extra time outside of your schedule times. Sometimes with only a day or two notice. If you are unable to do the over time you will not be there for long. If you miss a day or are unable to make it for any of the overtime, the Test department lead will belittle and insult the person while they are not there. And when you do come back in the Test department lead will be hostile towards you for several days. Upper management is aware and does nothing. Training in the main Test department is nonexistent. You will get minimum training and then get thrown into it. The test department lead constantly creeps on any new female temp hires. Upper management knows and does nothing. It has gotten to a point to where, at time of writing, the Clinton location is over 2 months behind. Safety is barely a concern at this facility, there a numerous safety violations that occur daily. Even though the the person try their best to enforce the safety rules, Upper management gives them no actual power to make any change. If you report any issues you have to HR, nothing will be done. They say will pass it along to Upper management and nothing will be done or even said.
