Staff/coworkers are awesome to work with. If we hit certain profit margins for a particular day the company gets a food truck for a day that they completely cover. There's always overtime available if you want to work it as well. We're protected as workers by a union.

Svantaggi

It's a newer facility so it's been taking a while to fill out the staff on all 3 shifts. Some days overtime is mandatory.

Unstable Scheduling – Shifts change daily without notice; expect to work anywhere from 8 to 14 hours with little regard for work-life balance. No Real Holidays – Holidays are rarely honored; time off is often denied, or no answer till day of for day off or overridden, and working Saturdays is frequently mandatory. Lack of Respect from Management – Employees are not valued or listened to, and communication is often dismissive or one-sided. Biased and Male-Dominated Culture – Clear favoritism toward male employees; management decisions often reflect gender bias. No Training or Support – You're expected to perform without proper guidance or resources, leading to confusion and mistakes followed by discipline and made out to be looked down to. Demotions Without Cause – Roles and responsibilities can be stripped at management’s discretion with little to no explanation and no warning. Union Leadership Lacks Representation – The union vice president appears to act in self-interest, often making decisions without input from all shifts or fairly representing the broader membership.
