Really low pay, extremely understaffed, managers don't care about their employees whatsoever, they take advantage of and exploit their employees by working them to death then threaten your job if you call in sleep deprived or sick. They schedule you for shifts they know you can't work so you lose hours and the company misses out on having the shift filled for the day. They ask you what you're availability is then they schedule you outside your availability and tell you that they can't honor your request for a scheduling accommodation. For the 3rd largest grocery company in the country and amount of income they make, this company is light years behind their competition. They can do a hell of a lot better than they're doing. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND SANITY!! This company needs to be shut down.
