The company is extremely unorganised. At first I attributed this to the current climate (Covid 19) however after talking to many staff that had been there before the pandemic hit, I realised it is because everyone seems to be under immence pressure. Everyone seems to do more than what is in their job description and sometimes beyond their experience which makes for sloppy work and inexperienced managers. This of course in not the managers fault but it is the company's.
