After the CFO interview, HR called to negotiate salary. I asked for 30% and they hard negotiated foe 25% and finally they said they will raise it for approval and come back with new offer. After that they didn't even call back for a week. When I tried calling them, they didn't even pickup the call. When I sent an email, they said the job is under hold for restructuring in the department. Poor way of handling prospective hire especially at Senior level. They showed great speed through the interview process and went into hiding later on
